Sevens is Avey Tare's children record. Within these recordings you will learn how to count to seven and harmonize with Avey while singing about frogs, bogs and the woods.

Kimya Dawson features on the fart, poop, and booger songs.

Lips at Night is a lullaby featuring Panda Bear on BGVs. This will guarantee your kid falls asleep by the end of its 7 minute run time.

The Musical is going to be sung at every birthday bash. It is an up-beat whimsical number with hand clapping and trumpets and one part where Avey commands everyone to stamp their feet. The chorus goes, "And this is the musicaaaal, tickling my brain as I dance in the rain!" Sung very upbeat of course.

Every vinyl copy comes with a pair of googly eyes. The cover art is also many layers of fabrics and paper which you can physically move to create your own collage. It will be pressed solely onto pink glow in the dark vinyl.

You're basically describing what I thought Painting With was going to be when we first heard the title.

realizing now though after thinking about it that that could simply be from someone titling the glasslands show "Dementia" by "Avey Tare" in their library so not gonna get too excited yet...

e: that's def what it is, Dementia has 2 listeners and 22 listens, whereas all those others all have just 1 listener with a lesser, similar number of listens

e2: ALSO that would leave there only being 7 tracks on the album, which makes sense with the title

so that somewhat confirms the tracklist, with no particular order

Sorry for the late reply on this. I couldn't find the audio I put together but I do still have the video clips so I just combined those into a single video.

Snippet - wrong word. I meant a photograph of another part of the track list to help complete the puzzle. (though sounds like folks have a good sense of the track list from even just the first pic)

That said, thanks for bringing up those clips again. To my ears, those 2021 songs sound too early in their develop to be on 7s.

Bit late to the party here but got label intel that The Musical/Hey Bog are out on the 15th. Seems wrong to me because Sunday would be a very odd day to release something, so that may just be when it's hitting certain streaming services. Exciting times though! A release without demoitis (for me at least).

Yeah I hope that’s wrong, delayed singles would likely mean delayed album as well. The Montreal show goes on sale this Friday, the 13th. It’d be odd to announce the tour before the hype of the album that will help sell tickets.

The dates on the feature.fm pages still show singles Jan 9 and album Feb 17. I’m guessing they’ll update these links immediately before the announcement, whether that’s today or some other time.

where are those dates exactly? don't see them on the ffm pages themselves, are they on the streaming services' pages? (don't have any of those services so can't see)

If you click on one of the streaming services, it will ask you to sign in, then it redirects you back to the ffm page again and displays the date it will be added to your library. Alternatively, you can look at the underlying code for the site. If you’re in chrome on a desktop, you can hit F12 to open the side panel, go to Elements, ctrl+f and search for “releaseDate”

And Avey dropped that photo in his IG story last night too it's like why would he do that 7 days before the official announcement? I'm calling 9am central time
