i think i even liked bolder better because it was at least sexy as fuck

I feel like the lyrics just fit the melody better in Bolder, but maybe I should wait to hear the album version before making that judgment. The pitch correction effect was very fitting for the overall vibe though and I'm gonna miss it ;(

Also, I voted Royal and Desire but I wish I could be the lone Walker voter since that song deserves some love for sure!

I like Dragon Slayer because of those bouncy baselines and the rhythmic bell like keys over the verse and then the transition into the chorus when they say "Something can change my mind" or whatever the lyric is just hits so good.

Also the "Oh then let them breathe oh then let them breathe, hold them hard to see hard to see" part is infectious.

Nixing "I can be the one to do the pleasing" and the autotune (especially for the outro) are huge misses, though I think the rest of the changes are all improvements, the new lyrics make the chorus much bouncier and I think it's still playful and lil sexy

original bolder was more immediately catchy and ear-grabbing, but we go back is more fleshed out and complete-sounding... i think they probably made the right call

I changed my vote to Genie's Open. I absolutely love the Blast Radio version. It reminds me of James Ferraro in some strange way but also with a bit of Algernon Cadwallader (Black Clouds) but it's also entirely its own sound. The beginning of the track just sounds like it's the soundtrack to a claymation adventure involving some Link-tier lead role. And then it becomes this awesome beachy tropicalia influenced jam at the end.
