In order to distract myself from this album, I've been listening to Tomboy more than ever, and it is magical.

I'm sure the track times are correct on iTunes.

The more I think about it, the more I think this is correct. They make too much sense to be made up. And besides, if iTunes had to make up track times, wouldn't they just put 3:00 for everything or something? Or just N/A?

usually when iTunes wants to store placeholders for track lengths, they make it eight seconds of either silence or static, as evidenced recently
it doesn't look like the titles on iTunes are incorrect but then again expect the unexpected?

I think it's less that he's lying, and more that he's taking a blind guess. I do admit that a Halloween EP would be incredible, though.

haha yea. i was so excited for the art of this LP. i mean, the title is so bad ass and obviously a nod to all those Scientist dubby albums. but the art for all of those were so bad ass, i can't help but think this was a huge missed opportunity. maybe it's the art director in me, but imagine of he followed through with the nods...

y'all are silly. We have Danny giving us everything we could want as far as trippy intricate art, and THAT's what I think will be released halloween, another EP would be soooo soon.. I haven't even listened to the last one 1000 times yet.
And as far as the album art goes.. It just stands out so much in my mind. I picture those rooms some have of hundreds, thousands of records (prolly pandas/sonics collection), and it would really stick out of the crowd. the scientist album art that's been posted with "wish it was like this" are beautiful but honestly the simplicity of PBs art makes it louder. I have the stripey album art as my desktop background and when I move it around (scrolling around it or moving the pic around) it starts looking soooo cool. and I love how I can't tell if it's my eyes or my screen that's wigging out. after i saw that it felt kinda alive to me, something that changes form when it moves.. This whole album seems to have a running theme of simple-on-the-surface coupled with subtle (exhaustive) life/depth.
I keep forgetting who panda bear is and it just becomes perfect theme music for my day.

It's a Style choice more than anything. Meets is "really" the concept, "vs" looks better in print especially when shortened to PBvsGR and it really works with a lot of other themes we've been talking about like the gaming theme and the confronting the unknown theme. Meets is more like how you would word it in a classic legendary tale, vs is like the 'modern day' version
