This side of paradise is definitely my favorite song from the ep so far...growing on me a ton.

so we have 4 new songs that could either be new songs or just new titles for old songs. lonely wanderer & acid wash were confirmed to be different songs...(though we cant be too sure, since ms pacman became faces in the crowd)
so we've got;
davey jones' locker
crosswords
shadow of the colossus
selfish gene
garage, nadir and jabberwocky are all way too amazing to not be on the lp so i've got a feeling they're in there somwhere. nadir would be out of place anywhere but towards the end so i feel like it might be selfish gene. davey jones would be fit for garage and ideally crosswords would be old faces in the crowd + jabberwocky.

He wouldn't have played it so much on this tour if he didn't imo

there's that guy acidwash (registered today), who said that
"crosswords is garage
selfish gene is nadir"
Maybe he's someone who knows.

what samples?? the end part? i wouldn't even say that part is attached to nadir specifically. it just seems the way he ends his sets. i bet it will just be at the end of acid wash now.

even more ideally, the end of cosplay is smelted onto the end of nadir like the live shows, which just leaves poor popadam and the

chunk of cosplay in the dark. however if sonic decides to release the high-quality recordings (soundboard probably) of ATP that would be a very nice substitute for their absence.

I doubt in a million years either of those songs would be left off, so I can only say I believe it. If he's wrong, I'm guessing only by which titles were the new ones.

I love it as a closer but during the 2013 shows it was right after Tropic of Cancer it in the middle. My bet is that Nadir is Shadow.

The artist who did the lithograph (and maybe the album art?) did some stuff for Spectrum/Sonic Boom (you might have to click the "view more" bar)

Only you can fill those (crossword) spaces
I'm guessing this is the case. After reading the lyrics again, I think a lot of the song can relate to filling out a crossword

asking sonic for the new track titles feels like asking your parents what they got you for christmas when you were a little kid…might be more fun to just wait and find out!

yeah exactly, it was so much fun going into chz thinking rosie oh was a new song and pulleys & amanita = i'd rather / crimson. and then none of that was true and we were freakin out lol

someone who had a promo copy on here spilt the beans for rosie oh / amanita / pulleys. i bet a similar thing will happen before grim reaper drops.

hah, just noticed 05. Butcher Baker Candlestick Maker, 06. Boys Latin. I guess Noah had a change of heart in regards to not putting songs that start with the same letter next to each other.

Can't decide whether or not I would prefer to know which songs match up with which titles before I hear the LP for the first time.
I think I'd rather not know, just to retain some suspense going in. Although I honestly wouldn't be mad if there were no new tracks at all.

I've got a feeling the album might be spread over two and a half LPs, with Mr Noah EP on the sixth side.. My only proof is that this picture, which looks like it has four songs on the exposed side

It's all we've got! My guess is random lurker getting stoked? but my hope is that it's panda bear... or a domino... either way whatever we're told we know can be changed
any sec so it only matters what we're calling everything currently until it's released.
EP
on repeat all day. It's very easy to listen to over and over, i think because the tone of each song is very different. Like a chunky modernist straight dense intro into a nodding pop song with the beautiful subtle chord changes of panda, into a deep almost "
I'm Not" kind of groove but darker... into a sick song I was't sure I was going to hear ever again after he stopped playing it the first time; with the most classic psychedelic AC outro of all time but like with PK's production on it starts fresh all again! Ya know it's like if they were
Visiting Friends and
sponging luke all the time it wouldn't be as impactful but with the recent
rock sound they've been digging, when they reach back to
ambiance it is.. just perf.
It's being said to death but totally unique sound and really alive production! We're all just happy you're reading pete and want to make ur time worth it

maybe original faces in the crowd / jabberwocky didn't make the cut after all then? (if those times are accurate)

You ever get so happy listening to a song that you transcend happiness into sadness?
Faces in the Crowd is one of the best songs I've ever heard, and I feel like I'm gonna choke up listening to it.

you know people release 12" singles, right? with a single song on a side?
it'll probably be a 45 rpm 12" with 2 songs on each side.
for reference, water curses is a 4 song 12" of roughly the same length.
Judging from the pre-order photo. It looks like all four are on one side.
