They're trying to say that the Japanese version comes with an extra instrumental track which is 23 minutes long. I imagine that the bonus track is "Michael, Remember" seeing as its also a 23 minute long instrumental.

I love that bit about listening to music in the dark and the images it creates. I almost exclusively listen to Spirit in the dark because that whole album creates such a vivid world to get lost in.
