damn dude that car keys and cherokee post...i'm definitely bracing myself for them dropping the ball with cherokee lol. but i have a feeling they are gonna nail passerby and royal.

also i'm probably the last to realize but it just hit me with that joke post that avey pulled another one of those play on words he loves with the passerby title. he says 'i'm the passerby' in the 2019 version but in the 2021 version he says like 'i want to pass her by, she smiled as if she knew me, she didn't have a face i recognized, i keep on thinkin bout her smile' so i think it is actually Pass Her By

WGB sounds great, as good as I've heard it in that form. I did like the mad vocoder ending of Bolder but not too attached to the song anyway, this is an improvement.

They nailed we go back. Honestly, not worried about Cherokee, Passer-by, or Car Keys at all. Whatever changes there are, they know what they're doing, and it will be great.

And honestly, if they kept this much autotune on We Go Back, I feel like Passer-by will have some of its original vocal effects, especially in the end part.

i think avey said no autotune in passerby, which was what people were misremembering as him saying no autotune in we go back

Decent phone flac. But lets be real, all of the blast sessions were phone flacs. Animal Collective only seems to want to give out phone flacs for their live stuff, so when a phone flac of their album freebirds, it isn't too bad that I would listen to it... Right? Right?

I know Animal Collective has a lot of awesome music gear and stuff, and probably has some decent stuff to do just nicer recording of their live stuff. So, if this is the case as one would think, why do they insist on only giving out phone flacs? Do they just like the lo-fi feel? You would think they would want us to really be able to hear their live stuff in better quality. But maybe they dont?
