See, all those things that he said lead me to believe there'll be a Halloween announcement/single/tidit. I mean, Halloween has fit with the theme of the album since we knew the title. Why wouldn't something happen then?

I just ask when we're gonna get some official news about the new Panda Bear album. It's been 8 months since its official announcement and we haven't heard anything since.

Something's gotta be happening soon. Methinks there's a reason to this madness. I feel like they would have given us SOMETHING by now if it wasn't critical to the plan of the rollout of this album to be so hush.
I feel like I keep saying this every month, but I would be really quite surprised if November rolls around and we still haven't heard anything. I'd certainly think that it isn't coming out in January if that's the case. I think Halloween is a plausible time for them to "freebird" some tracks somehow, someway...

I would love some freebirded Greaper trax to soundtrack my Halloween.

I'm almost starting to hope the album never gets released. I don't want this thread to end. I don't want the the hype to die.

I wouldn't care if we never heard another word about it in advance, as long as it still comes out around January. I need to listen to this album while I'm playing in the snow. And because I live in South Carolina, there are only 1 or 2 chances to do that every year.

sweet, Acid Wash and Lonely Wanderer! So much more to unpack too. The writing on This Side of Paradise looks like potential liner notes material.

pete, are you writing congratulations-esque liner notes? there's some scribblings on here that would suggest that, it'd be awesome!!
