i think those abrupt "YEYYEEEAAHHHHH"s that happen during like Softest Voice are a hold-over for some bootleg-listening fans who have heard fans from like '07-09 shows do that when they start playing a old reworked song, so they feel like they have to do it too, cuz it's hype and like they're trying to make sure the show is hype and everyone knows it. i used to do it too until i realized its really weird and yr basically shouting over bootleg gold. but ya seeems like most of the audience reaction here was pretty sweet.

I didn't mind the singalong stuff or whooping, in the same way I've always enjoyed the spontaneous giggling at the Brighton Sung Tongs show from way back when. Good-natured spontaneity is generally all right in my book.

That said, I'd have beaten anyone there with a tyre iron until they looked like a deflated whoopee cushion.

Same here. It's like the Sleeper Factory version of Doggy compared to the Campfire Doggy, you know what I mean? I love Noah's little ree ree ree melody, that's the bit that always stands out on the record.

I feel like Panda hardly looks at Avey the entire performance yet Avey looks like he's playing to Panda Bear...very drummer/singer dynamic but with Panda Bear on guitar....i know this is sorta always part of their brilliance but i wanted to point out how that dynamic is particularly evident in this recording

I cant remember Panda Bear even turning his head while Avey is a straight up bobble head the whole time.....love it

Noah is a freak during this show. Eyes closed almost all the time. Doing that mouth bass thing during Kids on Holiday he actually seemed like an alien to me. I was pretty high watching it but that song was particularly creepy. So good

I do miss watching him be as crazy as avey on stage, but yeah, its something else to see him so stoically play all these jams. and yeah i love the mouth bass thing on kids, it fits perfectly

Yeah. Dunno how I forgot to mention the "enjoy your routes" bit. Was actually tripping me out. He's a freak

the best panda part was the bird call-sounding things and repetition of avey's verses (heavily modulated by that other mic) in "mouth wooed her." shit is unbelievably good

Thank you linkers. That performance was amazing! They absolutely nailed the transpositions/arrangements, sound recreation, and overall feel of the album. Being there must have been pretty heavenly; hearing so many good sounds and everyone vibing with each other. Could feel it through the video.
