it's good

WOW that was so terrific and interesting. there were so many moments of "this is the most beautiful thing ive ever heard" and so many moments of "what on earth is he doing??" but few of those were mutually exclusive. i can't wait to listen to it again because i can tell it's gonna grow on me even more. he has truly outdone himself here. it was unlike anything i could have imagined

faves definitely melody unfair, ms secret, coral lords. and so many others. selection of a place sounded so bizarre especially the second half

i also love what he did with his voice here, it sounds very different but still uniquely avey, it's so hard to explain

definitely heard traces of down there, pullhair, MotW, TTG, and feels but the overall sound felt very new

I think I like the second half a little more overall. In Pieces til the end is almost perfect. The whole thing is fantastic though. Ms Secret is pure magic. Jackson 5 could have almost been perfect but there are some parts where I wish the vocal delivery was a bit more lively. Perhaps it will grow on me. Also that auto harp moment on Coral Lords is just stunning
