idk if I would call those the 'main vocals'. I mean Noah sings it live without that part. Loch Raven is very similar. Both instances have Dave going hard on the effects on his vox and Noah singing a more straightforward repetitive melody

People who have heard the samples, are there any songs in a weird time signature? One of my favorite things about AC is there way of making songs that aren't in 4/4 sound so natural.

No weird time signatures. I still cannot grasp the rhythm of the beat of Lyin in the Grass though. Probably because of where it comes in on the sample

I'd say there's more rhythmic stuff going on with the phrasing and meter of the lyrics/vocal delivery, akin to Tomboy, rather than a Lion In A Coma or Pan Flute Jam kind of thing.

"Lying in the Grass"
and "Lion in a Coma"

clearly taking a dump on their past manifestos set up by the lyrics of "Screens" and "I Think I Can".

I only listened to those snippets once when they surfaced and wasn't impressed, and I promised myself not to listen to them again, but I just did a few times
