Thanks, D, nearly there. When I last lived in this city eight years ago, there were 12m people with a rural mentality. Now there's 19.5m and they are effectively a cashless society. It's mental and I recommend it.

yeah that sounds cool, curious to see what it is. I'm not super familiar with Drag City but I remember Geo mentioning that him and Avey used to listen to a lot of Will Oldham in high school so maybe a Palace song? Idk whatever it is I'm sure it'll be great

Someone is doing a documentary about the record store Other Music which will feature live performance from different bands close to the store. Knowing that I sent a message to their facebook page about the AC perormance : do they have it on tape, will it be in the doc, so on.
They responded :

Hi there. So, we hope we find it but we currently don't have the footage. Other Music had a VHS dub of the video in their collection but someone "borrowed" it and so far we haven't tracked it down. The person who shot it had the master take in a storage locker but so far he hasn't been able to find it. But we're hopeful that it will turn up before we finish the doc.

Lmao I had an AC dream the other night. I dreamed that I saw them live in a nursing home in front of like 30 old people. I was there on a date with Aubrey Plaza. Afterwards we ordered spaghetti and shared it with Noah. Weird dream. They played a 30 minute that was just water curses with a really long jam in the middle
