The one on Milwaukee Ave in Wicker Park. It's moved further down the street if you haven't been there in a while.

I'd prefer a Panda Bear body pillow.

Seen other neat shower curtains like this before. Same story: cool idea and I'd like to get one for myself, but not for $68.

Got my HCTI in today with that nifty poster. Can't wait to hang it up while I jam what might be my favorite of the first trinity.
I also found a Tomboy poster with like a dark forest. Anyone else have this or know where it's from?

I believe I have 2 of the one you're talking about. If so, I got them from buying the cd and lp in record store when it came out. do you have any pics?

i found the original pressing with the poster on discogs or ebay or somewhere for quite cheap. it was under 30, possibly under 20 $ USD from what I remember. you just have to be patient and look around.

yea, I already bought mine from a big store before I was really in the game so I'm not really fussed now.

Yeah I got the OG HCTI for less than 20 on Discogs.
About that Tomboy poster, I can't link on mobile but if you Google "Panda Bear Tomboy poster" it should be the first image. I dunno how high I was but its not a forest at all. It's kinda like the Deakpire from Oddsac. Still don't know where I got it but I can't wait to hang it up. It doesn't remind me of the Tomboy music at all though.

yeah that's the same one they were giving away when you bought the lp or cd at record stores when it came out.

anco posted that the painting with deluxe edition is sold out in their store. still some on the domino site, so if you'd been waiting on buying you might want to do that soon.

i'm glad it's back in stock but part of me gets frustrated when i think about how much blood sweat and tears i went through to procure a working copy of feels. I bought no less than 10 copies, returned 8, about 4-5 years ago when i was going through the process of getting everything AC-related ever on vinyl and CD. for some reason the pressings i kept getting had skips on grass and loch raven that were factory pressing errors, but fortunately i was able to continually keep returning them. finally got a working copy but it had a torn sleeve. i remember it taking about 15 months from when i had bought my first copy until i had a copy that didn't skip that was in perfect physical condition.
I now have a couple copies from when it was originally pressed and repressed in 2009. curious to see if there will be any differences with the new pressing.

Oh you're the one that posted that picture of all your records upthread? I remember seeing like 3 Feels stacked on top of each other.
I've been using that pic as a helpful guide for my collection. I didn't know Terrestrial Tones had more than one album until I saw it there.

That sounds like such a pain, I'm glad you have a working copy now. Though now I'm a bit worried how mine will sound. That said, when I see a repressing/restocking of a vinyl that has a huge markup for resale (I'm looking at you, Boards of Canada) I get a momentary pinch of joy at the prospect of resellers no longer being able to sell their just passable condition copies for like $70.

I wonder if the restocked Feels vinyl is a repress? I feel like we would've heard some news about a Feels reissue or something. either way I snagged a copy because I've been wanting Feels for a while but couldn't find a copy for cheaper than ~$50 on discogs. thanks for the heads up!

No prob, glad to help others out with their collection. I'm guessing it's the 2011 pressing because it's from the US FatCat store, but who knows? I could have sworn that they repressed Sung Tongs recently, but I can't find any news on that. I've just been seeing it around in stores more often.

I wanna grab a deluxe preorder, if still possible, but I need my record player to get back from the shop before I make any vinyl purchases. I got a copy of Concert for Bangladesh and Beach Boys Endless Summer since it's been busted and am dying to spin those!!!!
I just heard the Monkey Been To Burn Town remixes and those are pretty sweet, I esp love the album art. Wouldn't mind picking that up sometime. Also still need to cop the Crosswords ep and might upgrade to the Reaper boxset so I can get the Mr Noah ep. Not much other AC stuff on my to do list, maybe Campfire songs. Idk if that's still around. Kinda wanted the live box set too, was that a justifiable purchase those who have it? Loved that version of Purple Bottle

The 9:30 boxset is nice, sounds clean. I haven't hung up the poster yet ( not the special screen printed one, but the standard that comes with all purchases ). I grabbed it when they had the 20% off special so the shipping was free.

Snagged a copy of Feels 2xLP and Sung Tongs to boot. So far my AC collection has been limited to CD. Guess this means I should also look into getting a record player that doesn't suck.

Just found my MPP LP cracked along the edges.

It still plays the most of the inner grooves flawlessly, just the outside edge is chipped off now. Debating buying a new LP to replace it.

I think it happened when I moved and some of my LPs slipped and hit the wood floors of my old house. They landed straight down on their sides. MPP was the only one that got damaged though.

dang that seems super unlucky still! Once my household's bookshelf collapsed with hundreds of records falling and as far as I know none were harmed.

Hi everyone, i have a couple things which i've unfortunately got to sell and i thought it might be best to ask here before anywhere else. First of all i've got a copy of panda bear self titled, and secondly a copy of the original spirit CD, the one with the animal sticker in the corner (which I think (don't know) is the first of two issues of it.
I'm looking for like £80 on the PB and £40 on the spirit CD plus shipping(which obviously changes based on the location) i know that sounds really steep but it's reflecting what i payed, it's kinda sad that i've gotta sell them but money's really tight. I don't wanna turn the board here into a marketplace but i thought this is the place for people who are gonna enjoy the stuff the most
cheers
