Listened to it now. He's totally ruined this out of boredom. It sounds like some silly spooky ambient drift. The vocals are also fucking shit, to be frank. Why would you change that melody or those surging guitar chords? It had two elements both of which were perfect, now it has none.
Toss it on the pile of medical waste with OG Taste, Jabba and Saturdays.
Looking forward to seeing how they manage to ruin Defeat even further. Truly the best and worst band.

I definitely going to just wait for the EP is come out .. I listen to it and I kinda hoping that’s not the chord he uses in the album. I’m hoping he just improvised that chord bc of a certain tuning for the show ... it looked like he only had one guitar with him ... but there are very few photos/ videos of the show

yeah i dont want to make any judgements about the stuff until i hear it recorded or see it live in brooklyn soon but that saturdays was so good it actually had the energy of the 2017 shows

I have 2 tickets each night for the Thurs and Friday shows. Unfortunately I can't make it to NY anymore and wanted to give a CA discount to those in need.
They were around $60 for each pair but I'm no price gouger so I'll let you guys pick your price. Whatever you pay I will in turn donate 100% to the Ocean Foundation which is the foundation AC supports for offsetting carbon footprint.

my wife is 95% sure she’s going to have to stay home tomorrow night, so i’ll 95% likely have an extra free ticket. driving from harrisburg, pa, so can pick you up if you live along 78 between here and there. or can meet at the venue and scan you in. you don’t have to hang out with me. i like being alone and i like company. so either’s good.
