I've written on here about ten times about the day it freebirded and I was working in China at our language school. I really really really wanted to close for the day but my mate/business partner told me not to be so stupid. Ended up walking home the long long way in crunchy snow, crying with happiness, eating steamed buns and chugging Chinese beers listening to MPP on repeat. I'll never forget that first massive chord change in the second half of Daily Routine with tears in my eyes, seeing the blurry neon signs and brake lights as I made my way home to get showered and head out to celebrate the freebird with my friends. One of the most burning, enduring memories of my whole life and a moment that will stay with me until I die. Lovely to see the band acknowledge this and can't wait to see what they come up with.

In answer to the question: yes. Buoys, both New Psycho Actives, Cows on Hourglass Pond, Avey tour (w/ Deakin!), Sleep Cycle rerelease, Ballet Slippers, Conference of Birds EP, Playing the Long Game, brand spankin' new AC material played live... it's been an embarrassment of riches this year
