to be fair, the dude did kinda seem like a nervous fan, so that's probably why I thought he just rambled on and on occasionally letting Noah get a word in...I turned it off about halfway through cause I was just tired of his talking...shame I apparently missed the good stuff...
somebody transcribe it so I don't have to listen haha

Got my record today! Looks great. In the middle of saving for a better turntable so I cannot comment on sound quality yet.
EDIT: words

Received my copy yesterday, if anything I'm more psyched about the fact it's a gatefold as opposed to the coloured wax. It drives me crazy when a release has 2 LPs in the one sleeve!

Got mine yesterday as well. I mainly purchased it because the packaging of my original copy got ripped (from having 2 records in the same damn sleeve), but it's cool to have the pretty colors and gatefold. Kinda weird that they didn't include the insert with all the collages and the list of inspirations.
Also, this is the first time i've received a record from VMP. The cocktail recipe and the associated "flavor text" are so hilariously, stereotypically hipster

that's too bad, the collages and list of inspirations are the best about the vinyl

I bought a person pitch vinyl a few years ago for a steepish price but when I saw this I ordered it because I really just love the blue -0-

got mine today! gatefold is real nice. Haven't listened yet
agreed it's weird they didn't include the influences/singles artwork. I expected them to put them on printed inner sleeves or something, but nope.

The interview was really nice!
I feel like most interviews are a lil rocky but I really think he asked some great non interviewy questions and reached a place with noah where they both felt comfortable towards the end.

FYI anyone who signed up for VMP for one month, just to get this release only, might want to log into that account and make sure it isn't set up to auto-renew. I got an email this morning saying that my next record was getting ready to ship. Luckily I still had a couple days until renewal and I haven't been charged yet, so I was able to cornpill in time.

played carrots / good girl slowed down to 33 1/2 speed at a dj set i had last monday... sounded sooooo sick
one of highlights of this rerelease is that speed change which i'm assuming is for quality purposes
if i can remember right the original was at 33 1/2 speed
