Dave said he had 3 albums planned, the Slasher Flicks one, an acoustic one, and a more electric one
Apparently Noah convinced him to cut it down to two, so apart from the Slasher Flicks album we've got another Avey record to look forward to as well

All of this.

Actually it feels easier for me not following boots at all than hearing a few and trying not to listen too much. I feel like every release of theirs is going to be a pleasant surprise. freebird time is the worst though.

I honestly don't care about Slasher Flicks. I'd much rather hear Avey solo.

Based on his track record, however, I am definitely most interested in Panda's new album. I hope he gives some details about it soon.

The Slasherflicks stuff is so amazing though, really can't wait for the album!

I'm much more interested in hearing what Avey can do by himself

Btw, I think it's funny some people still think that Deakin is going to make a solo album. As a member of AC he is not even a consistent presence, and if that's any indication of his future output it would imply that he will never put out anything solo other than a track or two.

It has also been almost 4 years since he announced his solo projects. I just don't think he cares about releasing them. I think the Pitchfork interview last year was intended to ward off any suspicion that he's interested in doing anything solo at this point in time.

Pretty sure the Deakin albums confirmed to be happening at some point. Plus he played a bunch of solo tracks live so he clearly has material. I think he's just a massive perfectionist and wants to take his time making the album as good as possible.

Laughed way harder than I should have at that Spidey gif

PS I voted incapable of making decisions because it's true, but I think pandaVear might take the cake this round.

I've heard Slasher Flicks. They're cool, an album will be cool.

I liked Panda's new stuff, but I'm not all that stoked for it.

I haven't heard anything about Avey's next solo album except for that he wants it to be the Sunny side of Down There. Which sounds amazing. So, I voted for that.
