Kinda glad I only listened to Sea of Light from Sung Tong shows like once or twice. I will say I'm mostly hyped about the outro-ish part but the harmonies are so wild

the synths in cherokee are for sure great, but its all about gem and i. that song fucking rocks god damn it. its so playful but weirdly moody sounding... and "crack open another beer... lets get in it"

also people are massively sleeping on we go back. that song has a more controlled tiquid 04 energy to me... and the vocal tradeoffs... its gonna fucking pop

ya I think its mostly that it actually came out, indicating that some of the hype of these tracks stems from excitement re how things will turn out via studio production.

a poll on the tracks will def be different once the album(s) actually come out.

Genie's is winning and it's the oldest track.

For now i have to say Gem and I who smells like top 10 ever of the boys, but Stride Rite it's really unbelievable.I love extremely every parts,the drums, Geo everything.

I will have heard it but mostly only in the background or at couple of times properly. Defeat stuck out to me so much on that recording, that's 95% what I listened to repeatedly. I really do need to go back and explore the MB more thoroughly.

When I first read it, it was like I knew it was going to be a self gratifying, celebratory anthem. And yet it still exceeded my dreams.

This made me laugh, I can picture the article in my head. I dig the title though, they've been at it for 20 plus years they deserve to have some fun with their legacy at this point.

Im not native english and i can't understand the words from the audio and it seems to me that the one from 2019 in genius lyrics are quite different. someone had trascripted the new version?

Dragon Slayer and Cherokee resonated with me immediately so early there of those two. Defeat isn't an option for some reason (because it would easily win) but I would have picked that.

Royals and Stride Rite are my favs at the moment. Deakin absolutely killing it this era.

dio didn't include Defeat because it would just be a landslide. so I guess we're all really just choosing our second favourite TS era track.

I mean if defeat was still there.. I might choose it over Cherokee but it's really hard to say. I feel like Defeat has transcended song-dom itself.
