My partner and I got into Asheville last night, very excited for this first show. Is anyone here planning on getting a boot? I may try to get one, but no guarantees of the quality if I do heheh.
You’d be a hero. What kind of equipment do you have? Someone here, myself included, could clean it up in post-production if need be. Beef it up, EQ it, “master” it.

Just a lil zoom H1n, would probably turn out fine. Just never recorded a concert before, but if no one else is planning on recording then whatever I can get would be better than nothing!

Throw your recorder up onto the stage, try to get it somewhere central between all four members. Then the only challenge is retrieving it after the show. Best of luck !

^lol I'm just imagining someone tying a fishing line to the recorder and doing that. Holding a fishing pole in the crowd.
Enjoy the shows, you lucky people.

I'm hearing reports that Avey said that the new album will be called "Time Skiffs" (or Skips possibly) in between songs
what a sweet fucking vibe goddamn. fickle and unsolved are amazing deep cuts.
love to see the new tracks that are still in rotation, but def hope Passerby shows up soon, sure it will (also similarly confused about Car Keys/We Go Back, but I could see Bolder = WGB I guess(was that a lyric..?)

They played No More Runnin’ as a encore too, not pictured in the set, after Avey had said they don’t do the whole leaving stage and coming back out thing
