also, did it sound to anybody else like the "Down Below" song uses the same watery drum background loop as Derek?

Jesus Christ, I am beyond stoked for this album. I've never had so much fun dancing at a show the entire damn time, INCLUDING with Peaking lights. And surfers hymn...good lord I'm feeling blessed having been able to see that show.
Btw I was the guy wearing the black and white hieroglyphics bucket hat in the front. If I spoke to any of you, sorry for not posting earlier to try and meet! Kinda spaced with finals just before the concert.
Nice I was standing a couple feet behind ya for a while.
I also met the chocolate boys!
Was sorta bummed we didn't get "Heart and Soul" but overall the show was so much fun, this album is gonna be incredible.
Also I love the free posters!!

Show was outstanding, I loved the way those ATP bootleg tracks have evolved so much. "Can't Go Back" was incredible, "Til I Die," and I think he did play "Heart and Soul," but what do I know.
Can we agree that cut of Surfer's Hymn was INSANE? Did anybody manage a nice recording of it?

Not the best quality, but heres the full show!
Ill trim it up/eq later, unless someone has the time to take a crack at it now.
I had this weird feeling during Scheherazade, when the Grim Reaper in the Perez Visual was tearing apart the Panda Bear stuffed animal, that made me think that the reason why the album is called PB Meets the Grim Reaper, and why the Grim Reaper was tearing apart the stuffed animal, could be because Noah is calling it quits? Or maybe retiring the name Panda Bear? Just a thought... :drugz

I think it's meant as being more transformative- a shedding of skin, or ego, if you will.

I added the setlist in the spoiler above too fyi.
And @alex100 - I was wrong, you were right. No "Heart and Soul" but I sure did think I remembered hearing it. Must be listening to too many bootlegs. At least we got to hear the Preakness instead.

Also, anyone else getting mad Young Prayer vibes from how he's singing these reaper+tomboy jams these days?
Panda sounds like he's having so much fun on Jetty, his delivery honestly reminds me of Dave at a few spots
I COMPLETELY agree, I was thinking the same thing about that take of Surfer's Hymn, too. He can really get that gut shout out when he wants. I think he had a really fun time at the show in general, seemed really enthusiastic in chatting about it afterwords.
Also, did anybody realize Danny Perez was THERE? I didn't get a chance to talk to him beyond hello, but I wonder if he was manipulating that video in anyway live. Thoughts?
