The second song has another nutcracker sample in it, more blatant than the Soft Serve Rip Curl one, and its from my favorite song from that ballet.
These songs sound pretty great. Another one of those times when its great to be an AC fan (all the time?)
Edit: Atthetopsoftrees mentioned this in the live thread
Please post stuff like this in the samples thread in that AC subforum no one goes to

Forreal? I think that's an unnecessary request but ok. I can put it in spoiler brackets

No no, like you can talk about samples wherever you want, I'm just saying throw a post in the samples thread so I can keep a record of them

I hope I'm not stealing any shine from the live subforum by making this thread...
Everything so far sounds very cool, I'm glad he is singing, I thought that he might only be making instrumental songs.
The hip-hop influence is cool but I think it's a big part of Person Pitch and Tomboy. Album six will probably be 'REAL HIP-HOP' at this rate.

really nice and refreshing! That harp song is heavenly, the beats are nice as well. His shows are going to be fun, I hope he plays Chicago again. I'd love to see some old faces and hear these songs live.

From what I've listened, this might be his best music yet. (Although I hope that when he records the album, he mixes it himself, because Tomboy was great, but the mixing was average)
