I kinda thought so at first but I don’t think so after listening to it a few times. That part “trying to ..” reminds me of the one part from Midnight Special but ya idk he would’ve had to completely change the sound on that song (which could easier be the case) but I remember he play the song at the solo show he did at the start of the cows tour and it still sounded like the OG version so maybe not ...

I wonder if that show Avey did the other night was just a rehearsal. What are the chances that not one of other person caught that show other than his close friends and sister? On top of that, from watching the clips, the place seemed to be empty and there was no crowd noise whatsoever. Maybe he will do a small little tour at the release of his EP?
