I guess we shouldn't have expected for this to come out til at least '15 since PB was playing Tomboy jams in '09 and Person Pitch jams as early as '04. In both cases at least 2 years before the album dropped

Surfers Hymn and Friendship Bracelet debuted in 2008 so it was like a 3 year ish gap from debut to finished product for both Person Pitch (2004-2007) and Tomboy (2008-2011). Grim Reaper will be the shortest turn around if it releases in early 2015 even though it feels like an eternity.

I remember seeing panda at ATP 2009 in the Catskills and those two songs were both really fresh, not a year old. Either way that was the best show I've ever seen.

He played the same set he played at ATP 09 in Miami, December 2008. And yes ATP was definitely amazing. Switched to Friday tickets from the near perfect Saturday line up just to see Noah!

I'd guess that the album being pushed back to 2015 means the recording won't be posted until closer to the new release date.

saw this dude play at warsaw in brooklyn a few months ago. the laser show was supreme. the album should be terrific. honestly think his solo stuff is leaps and bounds beyond avey tare. don't get me wrong down there was beautiful, but this new album is some next level stuff.

kinda feel like this is right on schedule. like, if this came out this month, i dont think i'd be ready... it might feel all wrong. is the world ready? i can wait 5ish months... life is hard

What would be single material on grim reaper anyway? Maybe it's for a whole new song....

dark cloud, principe real or jaberwoquy/faces in the crowd would all work as singles. idk, like half of the new songs could prbly work as singles.
