if that card is legit, i can see them announcing sooner than Friday. for one, P4k Music Fest is this weekend, and have that annoying counter on their site.
i can't see them caring to post any new band information when their sites going to be constantly streaming their sets.

any reason it wouldn't be "isn't it now"? that seems to me to be the most obvious from Defeat

Isn’t it now? would be a great title in the fact that it has an element of time, which plays to time skiffs; it’s meta for how long these songs have gestated; and to me, it really captures the themes of existential dread from climate change and global issues that both this album and skiffs have had underlying themes of. Also operates as a call to action in a way, like how much longer can this go on.

if this indeed the title, i'll have to eat all my words i said about AC picking a title that has a visual or wordplay element...this will be the first time an LP doesn't evoke a really strong image, but i also think the title is absolutely perfect for these songs and this era of AC, for reasons Ranch mentioned above


also, like singles, album announcements happen monday-thursday... usually tuesday/wednesday, so if this is getting announced this week, i'm betting wednesday this week, if not then next week

my interest is peaked. I don't hate the title if that is it. very existential. i'm trying to not get to hyped until we see if anybody else got one of those.

when I ask siri to play the album Isn’t it now? by Animal Collective, it tells me the same thing as when I ask it to play Magicians from Baltimore (or any other title). It says “Looks like Apple Music can’t play that.” On contrast, saying something like play the album Sea of Light by Animal Collective (confirmed not the title) it just plays Hey Light. Not a total confirmation, buuuuut, I think it’s the title.

I promise I'm not trying to pinkertonman anyone, I have no other info other than something that is a smoking gun to this being the title but also... trying not to blow up the spot just in case any Other morsels float down the river here
