feels was the immediate feeling (heh) i got from listening to the two bathroom clips once through, from a songwriting and melody perspective since that's all i can really go off from those clips.

My question is why would he have enough time to produce it but not to be on the album? Touring doesn't seem like a good reason, he wouldn't have had to tour to be involved. I guess, and hope now, that he probably just wanted to keep his creativity focused on his album and that's why he chose to sit this one out. Down there is gorgeous but I don't like the idea of him producing an ac album he's not on, just seems bizarre and kinda fucks with my ocd.

So psyched for Monday. Hope we get an official announcement (surely) and honestly I hope that's not the cover art but if it is aight.

The Burglar sounds like the purple bottle to me. Reminds me a lot of Fickle Cycle.

I didn't listen to the vocaroos but if any of this album sounds like fickle cycle, fuuuuuuck yeah

I think so. Otherwise producer would become kind of an honorary but not useful appointment. As for me...I'm hoping the band produces the album themselves just like thee olde daze.

Interesting. They've played it at close to all their shows since 07, so I imagine they'd be bored of it. Or maybe they love it so much they want to make it a staple at every future show just to fuck with us
