Are "something for the weekend" and "making the improbable from the unlikely" going to be etched in the runout grooves? What if the album is actually a 2D platformer where you play Panda Bear (voiced by Noah Lennox) and the final boss is the Grim Reaper (voiced by Noah Lennox)? The first ever video game released on vinyl, using a custom turntable accessory made exclusively for the Xbox One? The plot thickens

SB explained earlier that the "for the weekend" thing is an inside joke between him and Noah so don't mark anything down on your calendar yet. This is the part that had me most excited, though:

I know he can't confirm any details that need to be released by the label and I hate to be the one stirring the rumor pot but...that sounds like a double album maybe? Could still be regular length but I'm getting more and more excited every day. Love these hints and inside info, regardless!

PK, I know you're not able to spill the beans on any specifics for obvious reasons, but do you happen to know if the press folks will be announcing any such info soon? In other words, even if you can't go into specifics on THAT, are we talking "just around the bend" or "cool it down y'all, it's still at LEAST a month or more before you'll hear of anything"

robert frost:
He is highly regarded for his realistic depictions of rural life and his command of American colloquial speech.[2] His work frequently employed settings from rural life in New England in the early twentieth century, using them to examine complex social and philosophical themes.

My hype has reached maximum levels. I will shit my pants if its a double album. Guys youre putting my hopes too high

Nadir does give fill those spaces a very sombre edge to it. Goes well with the lyrics.

Heh yeah that was my first thought with the C and D sides but I almost interpret it more as they can't decide what to do with the non-album tracks.

And I can't remember where it came from but I do remember an AC interview where they said doing a double album wasn't something they were very interested in. I do feel like this PB era would lend itself well to one though, so hopefully Noah didn't share that view :P
