had an album announcement dream last night. very weird..

Every single time (no joke) that lion and I go on vacation, some sort of AC news gets announced. The last time we were away the Grim Reaper title was announced, and before that CHz, Slasher Flicks, and Tomboy news, sometimes big tour dates. We leave tomorrow for our trip...fingers crossed for news within the next 2 weeks!

I'm leaving for Morocco on Wednesday morning. I'm taking 25 school kids for three weeks, up that fucking mountain and helping some guys plant stuff. If this gets announced while I'm away, please hold off discussing til I get back. Thanks.

Hahaha, this exact quote must have been thrown around in the Tomboy thread as well. I think we're at least a year away from an album release.

When do you think your album will be finished?

I'm hoping that it will be finished sometime in the first half of [2014]. As far as when it will come out, I'm not sure. I got myself in a bit of trouble last time trying to predict when it would come out, so I'm trying to steer clear of doing that.

I think that this break between the shows and the absence of SB around here lately can be a good indication

It's gonna come out 9/4 like centipede hz. I am basing this off of absolutely nothing.

This thread is comprised of 64 pages of blind speculation, about 1 page of SB hints in the form of nonsense/poetry(?)/occasional corrections, and attempts at deciphering SB's posts to make up the remaining 3..........

Pretty sure Down There was announced in late July and released in late October. Given that was a lower profile release, P Bear could still get it out this year I think.

Just as an example of the domino release process... white lung's new album was announced on March 27th and came out June 17th. Didn't look far enough to see if they are consistent, but hey, less than 3 months after the announcement is a possibility!

I'm fairly certain Slasher Flicks was announced about two months before release too.

Real Estate - Atlas was announced on January 13 and came out on March 4, so I would say that even less than a two month wait is a possibility

I'm honestly expecting a announcement within the next month and a September release, although maybe that's just wishful thinking

Between that, the fact that Red Bull said they'd release their recording of the Brooklyn show in late August before the album drops, and the fact that he's starting a new (third?) tour over a year after debuting the material (he's already recorded it and he ain't just working things out before a fifth tour), I think it's pretty safe to think it's coming in the fall.

Just chill and wait for the announcement
