For real the two ep's from this era make up nearly all of my favorite tracks from the reaper era (other than nadir and Tropic of Cancer). Definitely making a "panda bear meets the dream reaper" playlist when I get this, comprised of my faves

quality arguments aside, from those sb quotes, i would think the craziest GR era jam might refer to papadum more likely, no?? i mean it's a really intensely wild song sometimes it scares me ha ha especially with all the clanky demo reverb
g-yeah has always sounded like one of the poppiest to me, like panda bear does cibo matto or something.. (love it)

It does not seem more likely to me. Simply cause sonic mentioned both Jabba and Pappa reaching the goldilox zone way before he mentioned polishing up the last jem.

It was the first song from the first show of the greaper era. Doesn't seem weird at all to me. I still have a feeling that No Man's Land is g-yeah tho since it transitions into Jabba in the old live versions. We'll just have to wait and see, folks.

yo popadum is super fucking crucial and amazing. ill take it over gyeah but we truly do need both.....NEED them. and preakness v3?? (or v4..?) keep cassette/(box set), jp reaper bonus track and now on crosswords?! dang... we're so spoiled.

I am so excited for Preakness you guys. The keep cassette version was nice but really felt like a demo, the tomboy boxset version was the same recording cleaned up a little. The jp reaper bonus track was really cool but it was also a demo. To me it feels like we are finally getting the real deal.

Oh fuck, great news. I now need this more than I need my next meal.
I said a million years ago that G-Yeah is the one getting cut. It's a sweet song but it's just a simple melody over a drum break. Jabba does that but much better. The ATP recording has definitely quenched my G-Yeah (Guinness) thirst.
