I've been going back and listening to/watching the Midi fest videos. I remember seeing the dudes a few months before that and thus kicking off my devotion to everything they do. The pre-MPP hype was magical. So nuts.

Favorite videos from that era?

Probably the Midi fest videos, lol. Specifically Taste and Bearhug or Walk Around With You or whatever it was at the time.

o damn

just came here to say that these days, its really only the most recent releases outta this camp that I want to listen to (namely CHz, Slasher House and the Reaper.) It's not necessarily because I'm burned out on all the other stuff but because if I'm being honest, I really do feel as if this is their best stuff yet. I'm probably in a very small minority but for whatever reason, I felt this needed to be said.

agree, though. their newest stuff is always my favorite.

I'm thinking early-mid 2016 album... sounds like they've already done some work together for it. When panda is done with this last bit of his tour i bet they go on a tour as a group again and work on stuff.

On the Fact mag piece: I thought it was cool that he included "May the Circle Remain Unbroken" by the 13th Floor Elevators, as Geologist put it on his Mojito Micromix on Bradford Cox's blog forever go. Maybe a band favorite. Such a sweet song.

How fukin cool would it be to have access to a AnCo master recording? Like being able to listen to all the separate elements of a track like Infant Dressing Table? Some day...

Ugh, this is my dream. Especially with Merriweather, Person Pitch, and Sung Tongs. Or the bridge of Purple Bottle with all those background vocals

So guys

Has anyone ever ordered art from Abby before? I emailed her a week ago about a pillow that I'd like to purchase, but can't because her website's not working, and she hasn't responded. Is she like that? Should I keep waiting? idk what to do :flail:

Just watching this Vice video on Alex Honnold the free climber, and suddenly I hear Banshee Beat come on! Had to share with you guys, not sure if this has been brought up here or not.

It comes in at 19:15..kind of fades away for a second and comes back.

She appeared to be overseas so she might not be checking email. I am sure she will respond as soon as she can.
