I just went up the road (Echo Park) to check out Origami Vinyl and saw Avey in the window of Alexander's Brite Spot as I walked by. Sadly he was behind glass and probably enjoying lunch so I didn't get to say hi or ask about the album but it is kind of sweet to know he's in the neighbourhood.
