That post sitting up there all alone with bad news is bumming me out, so how about we make our predictions for how they will wow us with 2 nights of setlists

Real curious about this, it
feels like there should be something special prepared for this event but in reality it's also occurring in the midst of a tour with dates in other cities on either side of the weekend.
Maybe Josh will make an appearance or they'll just bring a few acoustics for a breezy afternoon set of oldies, seems like that'd be pretty doable without having to transport a bunch of different gear between tour dates. Or who knows maybe they'll learn a bunch of sweet songs with the Painting With gear and choose not to play it at any other date

If you look at the map (on the previous page) it looks like the majority of campsites are powered, which in my experience generally means there'll be a brick with outlets at the base of the site.
Failing that there is always the bar/cafe

Jessica Pratt
WIFE
The Range of Light Wilderness
Winter
M. Gedde Gengras
so, like, um, yea!? Thoughts? Maybe more get announced? It's a pretty perfect amount of bands to see while camping tbh....I'll be pretty well versed in all of them by September...all new to me besides Jessica Pratt, pretty random, but im looking forward to it

m. geddes gengras used to play with pocahaunted and sun araw, he's on the GREAT collab album he and sun araw did with the congos called "icon give thank". ive never seen a solo set of his, but it should be pretty vibin.

Im sure there are a ton of people begging on here but do you guys think there will actually be some people selling tickets later on? I am so unbelievably upset that I was unable to get tickets to this. I was willing to fly from GA pay extra for resale and rent a car to get there

Will do my best to embody this post, my friend!
so anyone think they'll add more bands, or is this is what we got?
I'm also putting thought to making a yearbook for this thing! I think it would be awesome to get all junior high yearbook style about it, class photo n all, idk, plus i'm making things for myself to do while camping (i dont do that shit often lol)
would be cool to get a bunch of them made for everyone who attends and try to do it every year they do this!

I am starting to think that this weekend will be so good maybe I should just go with wife and NO kids, have so much more fun... what you guys think, that would open up two more spots for real die hard fans, maybe anyone here that really needs to make it to this... But i have not decided yet... what you guys think?
edit:
Ok, I feel like shit, because I feel like a tease, I should just make a decision and let you guys know I have real tickets for sale, and right now I am not sure, sorry. If I can switch the kids free tickets to adult pass tickets then I will let you know.
btw, there are two people that asked first and I already let them know...

In the same boat with you Slippi! Let's just agree that we are going for sure, even if we have to build a mini canoe and float in on the stream that runs through camp.

haha yeah, who knows how they're securing the perimeter so i'm sure there's a way in for the dedicated few that don't mind roughing it through the woods / river.

I have seriously debated this but flying from Georgia and taking vacation time to try to sneak in may be a little on the extreme side? That said. We should so do it if we have to haha

super pumped for this. excited to meet some collected animalers in the flesh and dork the fuck out.
i mean, it doesn't make any sense for them to NOT play different sets each night right? I mean I've done 2 animal collective shows back to back with basically the same set before and loved it for sure, but it really seems like they would do something different for this.
saw dirty projectors on halloween in LA once and they played all acoustic very chill kinda set then got off stage and came back with all electric instruments and rocked out like crazy.

Im totally down for this. Hopefully we all get tickets somehow but this seems really fun as well. Where do you think I should fly into? Im coming from Georgia. It would be really cool if I could ride with someone leaving near an airport!

Plan A: get tickets
Plan B: sneak in like river ninjas
Plan C: camp just outside and enjoy anyways

I recall Josh saying he'd agreed to play one show in Baltimore but that was it so far but unless he lost a bet or is doing it against his own will for some reason I don't see why he wouldn't want to jump in on the camping weekend. Still expecting a few surprises to be announced as we draw closer to September.
