Since 9:30 is one of the few live shows that we don't have a bootleg of, I wonder if it is possible that the band scours these forums to see which shows have been available and which have not. This might explain why we've never had a soundboard release of any of Avey Tare's 2011 shows.

this is such a cool release. this is their first officially-released live recording outside of hollinndagain right? I was just thinking about the live show is such an essential part of what makes AC great, not just the reworks and transitions but the whole vibe and the way they jam & stretch out, so I'm glad this exists. Maybe it'll help introduce some fans into the world of live AC if they've never seen them or listened to boots

I guess now that I think about it, there's the deluxe version of Feels with some live tracks and the Brosport single with live Bleed. But this must be the first full-length official live recording

It was exactly the same but inverted (black paper, white print). I have one and got it signed by everyone (minus Brian, who left early). I'm not home now to take a pic but it's on nice thick paper. Here's are some detail pics of it being made, which shows the colors of the current batch:

You're damn right it is. The fact that we didn't have a boot makes this all the more sweet. What a great day, brand new live AC record AND Metal Gear Solid 5. September!!!

just now i saw the welcome page haha
wrote:
Welcome to our first ever full website! It’s been coming soon or half finished since the Soccer Star Records website in 1998. Just always seemed like there was something more important and fun to do. For a while we’ve joked that as each one of us is successively on our death beds, the last words to the surviving members will be “remember… the website.” Now we can just say love you guys and not worry about a homework assignment.
Sign up for the mailing list and visit here in the future for all things AC/solo projects/side projects: news updates, tour dates, links to music and videos, and records from our webstore. Also take a look around some of the older websites we made for specific projects like Centipede Radio and Transverse Temporal Gyrus. Now that this is no longer “coming soon”, we’ll have to keep tradition and replace it with something else to be coming soon in the near future. Hopefully it’ll be sooner than 17 years this time. We have an idea.

Weird there's no Today's Supernatural or Applesauce in this set (or Mercury, but I guess they kinda mostly dropped that one for the shows that happened after the lp dropped...) but I really dig the vibe of this set list.... feels and sj stuff along with healthy dose of mpp and fbk with some of the sweetest chz tracks.... verrry nice

Yeah I'm the tiniest bit bummed there's no Mercury Man. But I just started listening to the whole thing and wow.
this really is so cool and such a nice surprise. In a way it takes the place of their usual tour before a record. They are such a fun band to think about.
mpp and chz are the only albums they toured before And after the album came out. The new album will seemingly be their first record without touring the material first. Before they even formally announce that album they release their very first live album. Which is a record of a really unique period for them as a live band. First tour ever they weren't playing at least one new song. The MPP tours had WWIWS and BLEED. Pulleyes seems to pull a similar jam that they used to do with bleed. And that live version of bleed is one of a few officially released live recordings the band had released up till today. Also btw remember when that dude showed up and said he recorded all the mpp shows, and he dropped the big sur recording where that bleeding came from?
good day you guys
about to hit new town burnout my favorite track from this era.

Ahh man you guys just made me realize Today's Supernatural and Applesauce are missing! Both tracks were so epic on this tour. This recording has a different vibe though. It's perfect in my opinion. Can't wait to bust out the vinyl!
