Yeah, that, magicians, and chores were enormous. Also I was shocked at how packed the venue was. Felt so cool to trance out with 1000+ people on defeat haha

Wow! Orlando was incredible. They did 17 songs, which I think is the most they've done this era. Bluish and Screens were magical. I know someone near me recorded the show on their phone, so hopefully there'll be a sort of boot out soon.

Kind of crazy that no Defeat gives them time for 4-5 more songs. Would actually love to see them play it less if that meant longer more mixed up sets.

It downloads without an extension for whatever reason, ya just gotta change it to an .mp3 yourself.

I believe this particular boot is actually an .m4a, but it plays fine as an .mp3 as well.

Yeah, but I'd be incredibly bummed if they didn't play it at the Portland show. I saw them play these songs in 2019, and at pitchfork. Still haven't gotten to hear Defeat and it would pain me if I never got to hear it live. So, don't encourage this kind of behavior!

This is why it was so important to me to see them a few times (even if it meant overextending myself financially lol). Now the only songs I'm missing from this era are Working and R&D, and I have one more chance to see them

Thanks, that google drive player never works right for me. The boot sounds pretty good considering it was a phone. This rework of Wide Eyed is amazing, I love that there's like 3 or 4 version of it at this point

dude screaming 'BROTHERSPORT' was kinda funny until it turned to 'FUCK YOU' in the encore.
other than that really good boot! applesauce and reverend green were highlights. magicians really hit hard too. I havent really been getting that song as much as some people have been raving about it but this performance is great. thanks again dad

Lol I was wondering how quickly someone would be like "NO!" I get it though. This also makes me think about it becoming another song in their catalog and like 10 years down the line it being a really big deal if they pull it out or something, exciting to think about.

This is the first time in Nola for them since March '18 when Defeat was born so I guess they gotta play it. Heck, play The freaking Path while yr at it, and everything else from Music Box.

Pretty sick show. There's a pretty good amount a songs in circulation rn the sets are able to have pretty distinct vibes..esp given if defeat is played. If they play defeat it's like 15 songs instead of almost 20?

Everything that is still in rotation from Music Box showed up in Nola which is perfect (defeat, prester, royal, magicians)

Yeah I talked to someone on Reddit and they had no clue about the opener or what those two songs were. They were a casual fan but remembered the music box songs . Still v helpful

anyone on here from Denver or CO area? Ive never driven to Mishawaka and so im wondering if it'll be weird to drive back at night, like is it really mountainous and dark before you get near Fort Collins or....

yeah i've never been and i'm slightly worried about the drive back, though it looks like the road isn't too windy or steep based on what i can see on google maps so it'll probably be fine

the venue seems cool but their whole transportation situation is super odd to me lol, no on-site parking unless you buy a very limited parking pass or you buy the convoluted shuttle pass (the cost of which for just two people is already more than the parking pass)...they're even like "if you use a ridesharing service to get here you better schedule one to pick you up too or you're fucked because we have NO cell service and NO wifi" lmao

ya man the whole parking thing... makes me sorta wanna just pass on this. I''d have to pay like $70 just to park and take the shuttle? Ummm... gettin to be a lil expensive at that point..
