@dud, he never mentioned anything about touring to me but then again i never asked. i imagine he'll be trying to get this (+ potentially his debut album?) finished and then maybe play a few shows afterwards.

As far as I can tell Deaks realized that the kickstarter/mali record would be his debut record and that's why he's been taking so long to finish it.

clayton, he's gone by different spellings through AC's career. Deaken on Here Comes the Indian, Deakin on Feels, etc.

Yeah, I wasn't in the know when Deakin was doing the crowd funding stuff. So I'm wondering if late comers can still purchase his upcoming stuff or what have you.

he told me way back when (jan of last year?) that he wanted to keep this separate from his official "debut" and felt a lot less pressure once he'd made that decision. who knows what he's decided in the past year though!

Hey guys, not much, a but a li'l word on deaks new album posted today on his instagram.

edit: to clarify, the initial post was a birthday message to Avey, and he's talking about recording Down There. He mentions his own solo album in the comments.

not much, but it's something. At least we know he's recording? let's just hope he can get stoked.
