This is a gorgeous "set." For some reason, iTunes really really wants it to be played in a total hatchet order. Trying to fix. But it's AMAZING. THANK YOU.

Thanks Pete! Happy Christmas :)

Also, for the board - I'm dumb - what's the difference between this and the other ATP rehearsal Pete made available? Different rehearsals? I see the track times are different, but I'm just curious the history behind each recording.

Thanks everyone! Happy holidays!

Yep:

It is a differant run thru / rehearsal . Diff length intros , diff balance etc

I also believe Sonic said that PB made 6 rehearsal recordings, and the first one we got was #6 and this one is #1

Thanks for this, a great insight and some very emotional and less controlled singing. Really great for us to see behind the curtain like this. I really love TSOP here, how he draws out the sample intro, gorgeous and woozy.

thanks for the V1 rehearsals, Petek! these are unsurprisingly awesome :)

the cosplay mashup version is next level cool! (i might like it even more than the CW version  ) was this recorded during the greaper sessions? it sounds a lot like the final version but with the original sample remaining, however, there are some differences in the synths. did he record multiple versions of this song during the recording sessions? was this one that he recorded and came back to later on?

Hey.
Its the same recording , just before some O/dubs .
He was really keen to lose that sample , but of course... it fits like a glove
We just recorded one version after the demo .
He let me put the demo out there is the deboutassiscouche shows
in Nantes , so we wanted to do summit diff with it .
It was never meant to be an lp track , and i feel like robt frost / untying the knot ,
he was less psyched about this track & felt it was more of the personpitch vibe and maybe older territory ....???
I think its a really sweet jam .the og plan was to have a long dubby mix on a 12"
But that got a little lost in the process as we tried to fit it in with the crosswords EP .
I'm just happy all these songs surfaced .....
....2 lp's worth in manageable bites ....onfire.......

I agree about the PP vibe of Cosplay, it sounds very like Laughed For A World...Very straightforward mantra over a loop, but fucking amazing basically.
