that would be rad, although both of the ctys remixes I really can't get into. All the others are cool

holy crap these atp rehearsals! god damn. i asbol;utely love the flow and the long transitions. really gives that 90s mix tape vibe. i wish some of those crossfades stuck around. the beat/sample in crossroads is incredible. i also love this side of paradise infinitely more than the final version. however, for me, a lot of tracks are a little too noisy and thank god that whining dog came out of most things. i wish we had a mix of both! the flow and beats from the rehearsals with the sonic boom touch, especially the vocals. what sb did with the vocals is so damn good.

so what is gyeah? i love that track. popadam sounds like it could be a killer track, but loving loving loving that gyeah>jabberwocky deal. damn!

at first we thought that gyeah and jabberwocky were one song referred to as "heart and soul", then we thought gyeah was "faces in the crowd" until we got a clearer GR tracklist. so until the atp demos it was still called "og faces in the crowd" , which is an awful name that i'm looking forward to ditch completely even if gyeah doesn't stick around. spelling is still unclear on jabbowaccy afaict

how much time passed from these demos to the recording stage? were sequential circuits & come to your senses written after the ATP recordings?

dont get me wrong, i love crossroads. i just adore that original lead in and PM dawn drum sample with those hi hats and shakers going on.

i love all the long intros on the atp rehearsals. it is awesome to have both. i am just appreciating it a ton lately. put grim reaper away for awhile and it has come back with a vengance!

Was the album of last year for me. I feel sort of dirty saying that because of the freebird but 2014 was totally synonymous with Greaper boots for me. I listened to them more than anything by any other artist. I can't mentally disassociate it with last year

I associate it with 2014. I keep seeing it on people's 2015 lists and im like oh yeah, that did come out this year. i agree with you tropic, the experience leading up to the album is just as much of a part of it for me as the album itself

they demos are so sick, cant believe i only realised they existed this evening !!

updated the first post too if anyone hasnt been keeping up (like me)

would like the first post to be a complete resource for the album, in terms of promos and interviews as well as what's already there. it is probably a little unwieldy but w/e. if anyone has list of interviews or thinks im missing anything essential, pls hmu via pm's.
