Seriously could someone help? How do you send big voice memo files from an iPhone? She is having a ton of trouble trying to get it to me. No access to a computer either :/

email? dropbox?

also, i just googled and found this:

May 4, 2013 10:44 AM (in response to JDW1)
There is one way of doing it,

1)Go into settings and click on SMS,
2) Turn of all SMS and MMS traffic.
3)Go to the voice recording and share it as a MMS
4)Put in a non valid number(just made up number) and send it.
5) You will get a failed sent message notification in with your voice memo in your messages,
6) share that voice memo into your dropbox folder.

A little bit of a hack but it was the only way I could do it, there might be a better way.

Dance Avey, will you mess with the recording for us and give it a sweet sound? I'm always impressed with your boot cleanup and EQ.

Of course! I'm not sure how great an iPhone recording from a humongous outdoor venue will sound before (or after) any post production but I will try and remain positive haha.

YUS! You are the best! :metal

I'm kind of worried that if he keeps adding tracks some of these will be left behind. This would be extremely unfortunate because everything we've heard is amazing and rivals Person Pitch in quality. Also curious to see how this material informs the next AC record. Getting MPP vibes from this albeit darker and with a sci-fi twist. So hyped right now!!

As far as I know, none of these track names are even remotely official, besides the instrumentals released on Chz radio.

i understand his desire to not have it streamed if thats what happened. i wish there was a "how do u tame a horse in minecraft" password type thing people could enter to see the stream and get a bootleg. like "is animal collective the best thing ever?"

hmm, I think your logic is a bit flawed. you could argue the exact same thing, the exact opposite way if he hadn't been adding new songs. "I'm kind of worried he's not adding new songs, because everything we've heard is amazing, and more new songs means more new amazing songs"

like if the songs were

A B C D E F

and he adds G,

and you're worried that means he'd remove A,

isn't it equivalent that one could be worried that he's sticking with A B C D E and F because we won't get G?

only difference is the time the songs are written/introduced.

i think your real concern is "too many awesome songs, bummer we might not be able to get all of them on an album."

sorry if that doesn't make too much sense. it makes sense in my head.

either way, new Panda music is pretty exciting.

:boo:

All of the songs we've heard so far are exceptional. My point was that I hope he follows through with recording each one even if he adds more along the way. I understand what you're saying though.

label the bootleg tracks A, B, C, D, E, and G and perform them at pitchfork paris, then laugh while all the CA board members frantically look around for track F
