Avey 7s Era show at the Clemson botanical gardens April 15, 2023. Took my all of my kids and there might've been 20 people there. It was lovely, quiet and kinda awkward.

just cracked this one open cause the environment sounds like it was super unique, so far really loving it! hearing 7s material surrounded by a botanical garden as a backdrop had to have been cool as hell.

this file was missing it's .m4a file tag, i think another one you'd uploaded had that same issue. was able to add it in manually though and listen just fine - thanks so much for uploading these!

Beyond the actual recording everything else is foreign to me. And yeah the Clemson show is by far the clearest sounding recording I've ever made. That's the one I revisit the most often.

Stood up front instead of in the middle like I usually do when I'm recording. Missed being that close, not my best recording.

A year in California sounds amazing. Feels like another planet out there, at least on the northern end. I used to go to Tahoe National Forest kto trim at the end of the season. Spent time on the lost coast, Big Sur and all of the crazy beautiful places up there. I miss it. Enjoy.

can't believe how good we had it from '01-'13 every year new shows to hear. (2010 guggenheim counts lol). amazing that people taped this band from the very beginning. post-centipede was fruitful too with solo shows, pw tour and sung tongs tour. then skiffs/now material closing the decade and bringing the goods '21-'22 but now it feels like a long time ago and I'm missing this band. :'(

This is NOT show but IS the lineup from the previous show: https://dice.fm/event/7d68n7-natalie-ja ... ?lng=en-US

One of the homies on the discord recorded the Avey Tare/Ellicott Hooligan project and shared it on soundcloud, check it out: https://soundcloud.com/adam-c-655025624 ... n-11-23-24

this is new to me - the 2007-07-17 paris show filmed from the front row with super close zoom

we already have video of this show on the "archives-live" channel (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xHauSmY7nFc) but this is a really intimate view of all the on-stage elements. from the description it sounds like it's the same audio as the other show? might be getting details wrong here

e: really good actually. it might be the same audio source, but it sounds like better quality to me?

ee: panda unfortunately on the wrong side of the stage for most of the footage (so no arm hair or foot closeups) but perfectly set up for drumming on e.g. PFJ / Graze (eee: and blowing out candles on his birthday cake)

haha the video is like 40% geologist's (?) palm trees, 30% arm hair, 15% feet, 5% birthday cake, and the rest is really incredible close up shots of avey singing. something for everyone, really good i promise

Got inspired by Maral and made my own live mix. Its an hour long grab-bag mix of some of my favorite bootleg cuts from throughout the years. Pretty happy with the transitions and overall flow. Give it a spin if you're bored!

Here’s my recording of the Royal Oak (Detroit) show, EQ’d by Preakness. I PM’d the split, un-EQ’d recording to jfw7 from my personal email but would like it to be uploaded to mediafire or something because I don’t intend to keep the files in my Drive folder much longer, so did a download is to be made available someone with a mediafire or whatever account will need to upload
