Oh man, that reverb on the claps and "barks" sounds so good. Really like the space in the BBC version.

"The Psycho rules" should include not allowing a freebird to be out there with a song missing and less than perfect quality right? :thisdog:

you weren't really, it's just funny/cool to see someone say that now since "it's not as good as the old version" has been all I can think about ever since the first time I listened to the studio version of Taste

I had never listened to that version of Taste and it's so great, I wish they had released it as a single, as an "alternate version". It's so good by itself.

Haha imagine if the time lapse video of the strawberry jam sessions showed the whole band taking salvia bong rips in between recording songs.

hehe an easter egg

the "L" sign dave and others do in pictures

by vilent_sibrate
Hey everyone. I remember there was a discussion on the "L" sign dave does in some photos and people were thinking it was in reference to the L at the end of Animal.

However... I was watching big trouble in little china, a movie that dave has raved about, and that L sign is something that the good ninjas do when they're in agreement or to say "ok" when they can't be loud.

Just a little tidbit I thought others might like to know.

I've solved this awhile ago. It's from a book they apparently dig called Just Good Vibes by Maya Hayuk. Brian is seen reading it in the Guys Eyes music video. If you look at the back cover it's the infamous "L" hand.

She's also from Baltimore and has worked with AC.

i think for their next album i'd love to hear them do like a modern ac version of something like campfire songs. long form songs with movements, lots of vocals (like, millions of layers of dryish vocals from all band members), a real forest vibe. maybe with some glitchy elements or something.
