^Just search for their account @anmlcollective, then click on their page and there'll be a button that says Message. You might have to do it on a phone, Instagram on desktop has limited features

No promises for a 2018 release .. Its all good. I mean, in pretty bummed , but from a selfish point of view .. That/this era of song writing is incredible and just cant wait to hear more from it!!

I saw the Bowery show and thought it was cool, then the elsewhere show blew me away and seemed totally different. First song at elsewhere in particular was amazing....

Cannot figure out how to post pics but I messaged the AC IG and asked if the new songs Avey played on tour last year would be released, and received a response that said "Eventually yes." WOOHHOOOOO!

Damn. So they've got Coral orgy, Music Box Village and Avey fall '17 jams all in the pipeline. I'm anxious that they won't have time to get all that released but even if 2 of those 3 see the light of day then I will feel v blessed. I mean they confirmed via DM those will all be out eventually so maybe I don't have to be anxious but I'm just trying to be cautious w my optimism

For sure, I assume all of that stuff will be a year or more til it's out whereas BOUYS will prob be out this year

Did you mean overall, or just Avey? I was in this boat too, and then BLAAM-O, Essence of Eucalyptus drops, altho it wasn't anything new from Avey persay. Anyway, I am still anticipating we'll get an official Tangerine Reef release late this summer though based on something Coral Morphological had posted on their instagram.

I'm still hoping he will finish his solo tour. My location was one of those cornpilled dates unfortunately.

i still think davey should hold over these jams for the animal collective album...if theyre all done same shtyole...a record with prester john, defeat, midnight special, derriere, saturdays...next classic

Avey Tare was just announced for the Big Ears festival in knoxville March 21-24 (among a bunch of other sick acts).

Here's hoping for a Spring Tare Tour!

Been thinking about this. The likes of Dream of Choice (/Taken Boy), Aging Heart, Midnight Special would all fit in pretty nicely with Music Box stuff.

Derriere is the next purple bottle.

Saturdays must remain a solo track.

really hope so! in a perfect world, dream scenario i would love a spring/summer avey tour accompanied by a surprise solo release with half of the 2017 material (he had like 16 songs if i remember correctly!), then a new AC record in late 2019 with the rest of the band using the rest of his solo material and the music box material and a couple new deakin and panda jams thrown in

Just release Avey's Asheville shows! We already know Masonic Temple was professionally recorded and I'm willing to bet the guys at Drop of Sun Studios are tight with everyone in the band after the PW sessions and record his stuff locally.

Yeah, I was really blown away by that song at Elsewhere. I thought the whole show was really great, and also seemed super different from Bowery, and the first song especially was crazy. Is that name a lyric from the song or a name Avey Tare has actually given it?

Avey has provided names for all new songs except for derriere which is just taken from the lyrics. There was potentially a second new song at the Elsewhere show but I don't think there are any additional details on that.

Found videos from Elsewhere that were posted a few months after the show. This person captured most of the show but posted the videos out of order.

That new song has been up for 8 months and only has 2 views. Crazy. Not really any prominent lines to use as a title, or at least not ones that I can understand. Sounds like he's repeating "we're guessing" in the later section.
