Panda Bear mentioned something about "buoys" being a funny word because he could never remember how it's spelled, which makes me think "BOUY" was an intentional typo poking fun at himself/the word

I like the visuals, but i agree with ethmin, theyre too similar to greaper. i wouldnt mind if greaper and buoys werent so obviously different

Are they so obviously different? Based on Dolphin--which reminds me a lot of Tropic--I don't think this record will be much different. Both seem to have songs that don't necessarily build in the same way as other PB songs--they kind of stay static like video game level music. I think we could zoom out a bit and look at Buoys and Greaper as part of trend in his music. The only difference to me is that Buoys seems more sparse in production.
