Im super excited, grim reaper era was so good, the album + eps + swallow at the hollow + atp demos (pretty much another album in itself)
as well as person pitch being in my top 3 albums ever.

hoping to see litigation move forward toward the johnson families indictment that panda pulled the trigger that day in 1998 and shot that dude in the face. (but he lived apparently?) either way i hope this dude is sentenced well before this album drops, i think justice is way more important than tunes but thats just me

Of course it would be cool to get it this year, but I gave up hope of a quick PB release after Grim reaper let me down with its glacial rollout. Like... People were saying the same stuff back then, and if it's as slow as that rollout, we'll be getting a new album in early 2019

While we're (very tangentially) on the topic, I also have a personal "remix" that I did for PBVSGR, in case anyone wants it. All I did was arrange the track sequence to my preference, EQ'd a little, and added two or three missing song transitions. Certainly nothing exciting, or an "improvement" in any way, but it's a fun little alternative if you're bored. Feel free to DM me.

I could see this sounding something like his old I Think I Can/Chores jam. Sparse vocals over drum machine etc. It's actually super exciting that he's said he's tried to keep his vocals as natural as possible for this one. That's something he half-stepped toward on Grim Reaper.

Last chance to speculate what this material is gonna sound like. I bet he's gonna lay off the samples since he said pbvsgr was like the completion of a trilogy and all 3 of those are pretty sample heavy. PW was also the most sample-light AC album in a long time

Mostly just trying to leave my expectations wide open tho. So psyched for it to be Panda szn again
