why did domino do so much more to promote pbvsgr than painting with? isn't this the bigger album for them? They did promo after promo for that and there's been very little for this one. also, somebody pointed out the deluxe should be clear so the slipmat works, how did they miss that one??

I would guess it's because it was a very visual album. Danny worked really hard for those and couldn't let them JUST be for the show! But even more so, probably because the daft punk album had come out and was nominated for Grammys and the gospel of panda had spread even further into the world

this album came way more quickly than pbvsgr, so i imagine they had less time to make additional stuff, and i think they want this to be more about the music than anything

panda and sonic spend more than a year making pbvsgr... ac recorded and mixed the new album in just some months

I don't follow Instagram much or not at all, but looked at aveys page and his pictures are amazing... And it seems they did some major work in the jungle by a big river somewhere in Brazil and I have a feeling lots of stuff will come out of it... I would say for sure music video but maybe even some other visual art? Looks great

I figured Domino would have stated vinyl colour if it was anything special but still boourns! Good news it'll most definitely sound good, just confusing that for almost every other special edition they put out they'll usually go with coloured vinyl (not to mention the album is called Painting With!)

copies shipped to Japan are supposed to arrive on the 16th, so if that is indeed the case I should have it by then
