Well of course record sales has a lot to do with the order in which artist play in at fest. I'm not contesting that. I'm just saying in general, because an artist has millions of records sold doesn't automatically make them great! I mean look at Garth Brooks, he holds the record as most sold albums by a solo artist of all time in the US.... is he talented or a great writer or just really smart at knowing how to sell and advertise albums?

instagram has really been where it's at for ac fans this era... all the dave pics from when they were making the album (and all of his pics of mirrors), the studio's post when they finished recording the album, and this post. Also, most of avey's instagrams have had this no-space caption, just like this post so idk what that has to do with the new album or if it's just a style of writing avey's into?

He's been writing like that in his IG captions since at least 2013, so I think it is just his style of writing paired with his love of making up words and being cryptic
And I totally agree. Instagram has been their/our saving grace as far as social media goes. It's so cool to see Dave's hints at new music as well as his other creative outputs besides music. I would love to see what he'd do if he took a couple years off from writing and performing music and focused solely on visual art

Here's what is interesting though.. Avey posts have no spaces, but this post today was from the Animal Collective IG account and it still had no spaces. Either Avey is controlling that account too or it's totally intentional and there's another reason for it.
