10/15 ended with Surfer's Hymn. Also felt like Drone was played. Maybe not, though.

no drone.
i thought the crowd was better night 3, but it all just depends on where you stand i think.
also surfer's hymn is such a great closer. it sounds so huge and just keeps comin at ya. so good.
glad i got to catch all these shows, thanks panda bb!

Thanks dad!!!! Like some others in the Grim Reaper thread, I sadly did not get to see him live during this era, so these boots are really nice to have.

can't wait to hear the slow crosswords.... Is it like 1000x slower?
It's just a little slower but it gives it (I think) kind of a dubbier feel. I just insta-ed a vid of it: https://instagram.com/p/86z19KLL1E/

I was at the first night, twas aiiiiight. I really wish he would play more Tomboy and Person Pitch songs. Already seen him once during the GR era and he basically played all the same songs as the first time again

Onebraineno is helping me with it. I wasn't fully satisfied with the way I had everything eq'd and compressed and I want them to sound as good possible for you guys.

...i'm sure it will be...patience is the key though...keep in mind the task at hand - mixing down and tracking out 3 full Panda shows that were attended on consecutive week nights...so in addition to the recordings, there's plenty of sleep and life to catch-up on...plus, whatever occupational tugs and pulls that might be involved too...
DaD...if you need ANY audio/mixing help, i'm here to assist...no worries...

They were really cool. Night 2 was my favorite by far. We've never actually done multiple nights in a row before. Usually we just go to one of the shows that AC/whatever solo project announce in NY just because of work. 3 nights in a row was definitely rough with teaching during the week but I would do it again for sure. Still recovering from a lack of sleep though

...HUGE THANKS again to DaD & onebraineno...
...revisiting all 3 shows with these recordings confirmed my orig. scoring of 10/15 > 10/14 > 10/13...i thought it was just my constructed "enthusiasm" on Thursday that got the better of my judgement because before the show started on Thursday night, the 2nd night seemed to be unbeatable...but night 3 is unrelenting from note 1...if we could have had Wed night's BBCM & Cosplay added to the last show = Greaper Perfection...
...also - BBCM has always been one of my least favorite cuts from the GR cycle...but listening to the recording made me remember how Noah was so into it on Wednesday night...it made all the difference for me...he was even doing this little happy jig as he sang his way through it...really FEELING it...turned me right around on that cut forever...anybody else recall catching this joyful display too?
