I'm giving oddsac a watch and I felt like seeing other music-films you dig?
Pink Floyd Live at Pompeii for example
I also go for Dan Deacon's Ultimate Reality, Sufjan Steven's BQE and Magical Mystery Tour to start the list...
What else ya got???

I know MGMT released some kind of video component to their self-titled album, but also Major Organ and the Adding Machine by my boys at Elephant 6, and Koyaanisqatsi by my boy Philip Glass

Beyond the Black Rainbow
Under the Skin
Not similar in the sense of being musicians' film projects, but I think the relation between the extremely psychedelic visual and auditory components create a vibe much like ODDSACs. Under the Skin is soundtracked entirely by Micachu. I'm not sure who does Beyond the Black Rainbow, but I'm assuming it's one person or collective.

Try some of Stanley Brakhage's film work. Visually pretty similar to the more colorful, chaotic moments of oddsac, I think.

Not musical but The Cremaster series is pretty cool, I really liked the third one. Some of the costumes in it remind of Oddsac

watch Stan Brakhage's Anticipation of the Night (it's on youtube) muted, full screen, while listening to In the Aeroplane Over the Sea. turn off all the lights.
