It's "Your bed is so good". Sonic Boom gave us the lyrics over in the Panda Bear meet the Grim Reaper thread

He didn't give the lyrics for that part, though. Listening now, it definitely sounds more like "getting."

If someone figures out the synth part and records the piano we'll have a CA cover before the album even drops

has it already been suggested in Principe Real he is saying something like 'you/two can keep a temptress at bay' ??? not sure how to say where this happens but i guess it'd be the part where lyricalcollective has 'you can keep your ten percent' etc.
and then where it has 'So close,
As you jump out your seat and
Before'
the 'as you jump out your seat and before' is something like 'as a sleeping baby boy' -- its clearer in the taico videos

took a wack at it.
basing my tab off the warsaw boot(follow along with recording or ear it out with a diff boot, they all follow basically the same pattern.)
Gonna skip the intro/transition and start at the part where he starts singing.
verse(1:43 on the warsaw boot)("are we there?/dead?" part. hope that makes sense)
Alternates between Fmaj7 and Emin7
bridge?(I think its only 3 chords, that get played for a long time throughout this part, I'll put the times I think they change at on the boot so it isn't confusing, this stuff is kind of hard to hear for me.)
(2:26)Cmaj7, (2:37)Dmin7, (2:49)Gmaj(this whole part repeats twice, between the two repeats he plays emin briefly as a passing chord to go back to the cmaj)
Chorus?:
(3:31) Amin7 (3:36) cmaj7 (3:41) dmin7 (3:46) gmaj (3:48) Amin7(I put the times here because the gmaj is played shorter than the other chords).
I recorded myself playing to along with the bootleg to try and clarify my bad description above. Please add corrections if you find any, I messed up a bit in the video too

Anyone work out the melody for Robert Frost [Down Below]? I'm trying to do it, but I don't really have the ear for this kind of thing.

Now I feel like a dope for not being able to figure that out.

Thanks a bunch for the help though, much appreciated.

anyone have chord(s) for wazzup/popadam? can't figure it out.

Popadam sounds like C all the way through to me. The way the ATP version is arranged, with no really straightforward chords underlying the vocal melody -- just a held high C on synth and some noises & flourishes -- there's room for interpretation.

The synth was easy to pick, i needed the chord for the YP cover more than anything. Thanks dude!

Updated the first post with most of what we have so far. If the lyrics aren't there, they're in lyricalcollective.

Has anyone figured out all the chords to BBCM? It's kind of embarrassing, but I just can't pick out the chord during the "you really shouldn't bring that other guy" bit
EDIT: wait, correct me if I'm wrong, but it actually seems like it's Fm...

^Let me give it a shot
Edit: to my ear it sounds like C#maj7 right when he sings "you really shouldn't bring that other guy." C#maj7 is basically Fm with C# in the bass, so you were close

Since I recorded a cover of BBCM I figured I'd share the chords here. These are the chords to the original version (the chords in my cover are slightly different). I tried to make the timing clear, but if it's not clear feel free to ask for further clarification
Butcher Baker Candlestick Maker chords
Side note, when PB sings "this pad has a bigger grid," do you think he's talking about a monome-style midi controller?
I just think it's kinda funny to imagine him writing lyrics about music gear

^Looks about perfect, although I think on "Are you mad?" it's actually G.....F rather than G......Am.

In Principe Real it sounds like "to keep whats in the DNA" instead of "to break whats in the DNA"

hey guys, i'm feeling real lazy and if anyone here would like the tab site to not suck, it would be wunderbarr if someone could add all the new shit to it instead of just waiting for my lazy ass to get to it some day.
i'm pretty liberal with giving anyone write access to the wiki, the only reason registration is required and not open is because of spam, so seriously, anyone with like, half an hour and the semblance of the desire to get this shit up there....

Here ya go. Hope this makes sense. I didn't really do a good job of showing the timing of the chords but if u just go by ear you can hear when the chords change
Some of the Em chords might actually be E major, if you listen closely in the intro it almost sounds like there's a really quiet G# in there but hard to tell... Em should sound fine tho
Code: Select all
intro:
G Em G Em
verse:
G Em F Em C (hold C for 2 bars)
G Em G Em G Em F Em
C Bm Am
"Don't ask why..."
G Am Bm C D (hold D for 4 bars)
chorus:
G D Am Em (2x)
G Em G Em
G Em F Em C (hold C for 2 bars)
verse:
G Em G Em
G Em F Em
C Bm Am
"Don't ask why..."
G Am Bm C D (hold D for 4 bars)
chorus:
G D Am Em (4x)
G Em G Em (2x)
